Full course description
By the end of this course, participants will:
· Explain inclusive education's key concepts and principles, including diversity, equity, and accessibility.
· Identify and apply evidence-based practices for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in inclusive settings.
· Develop skills in planning, adapting, and implementing inclusive teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs effectively.
· Utilize assessment for learning (AfL) approaches to tailor instruction and promote inclusivity in classroom settings.
· Implement behavior management techniques that foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
· Collaborate effectively with other adults, parents/carers, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
· Empower young learners through collaborative and inclusive teaching practices.
· Advocate for inclusive education practices and policies at the school-wide level, promoting diversity, equity, and accessibility for all students.
