The Sharjah private schools are preparing for a formal review process on two of the standards. This training session will provide a broad strokes information session for Middle leaders to assist them in their preparations. The sessions are interactive while providing crucial information for our middle leaders, the curriculum managers as well as the pastoral leaders in the school.

This training session will provide a broad strokes information session for Middle leaders to assist them in their preparations. The sessions are interactive while providing crucial information for our middle leaders, the curriculum managers as well as the pastoral leaders in the school.
Learning Outcomes

Establish the role of the middle leader
Participate in a survey to establish the development needs of middle leaders
Review important practices before your school review
Discuss your role during inspections and in general
Establish a learning community forum for school improvement
Conduct a leadership needs analysis survey
Course Delivery
The Training sessions will be delivered online in three one-hour slots. The sessions are highly interactive and will aim for participants to share best practice. There are no formal assessments. This is a once of training to support our leaders in Sharjah. The training will be conducted 21st, 25 and 27th of April via a suited platform.

Dr Nelius have been involved in leadership development of more than 26 years. He has extensive local contextualized experience in supporting and developing school middle and senior leaders.
