Mr.Jeff works successfully in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders: school owners, investors, regulatory bodies, local government agencies, inspection teams, parent and student councils and school leadership teams. In 2021, he joined Global English School as Executive Principal. Previous experience in the UAE included 5 years as Program Manager for School Improvement with Abu Dhabi Education Council, including the provision of support, mentoring and guidance for a large and diverse group of over 40 private school principals & headteachers across the emirate (and co-founded / co-chaired a regional principal association to share best practice among 58 schools). Working as part of a small team, we organised best practice forums and SDP - policy - regulations training workshops for all 182 private schools in the emirate serving 15 different international curricula.
