Consultant and educational expert, 22 years of experience in the field of education, professional development, training and educational leadership, she rose in several roles as a teacher-school principal, supervisor at UNRWA, a Training and Education Specialist at CADER training company and Queen Rania Teacher Academy, a Consultant in education development with UNICEF and received a scholarship from Harvard University to complete a program Specialized in Advanced Educational leadership, she was selected within a project of Jordanian experts to represent women from the field of education within the project to empower women in leadership and enhance their visibility in the media. She worked with the King Abdullah Fund for Excellence, also she developed many specialized programs in leadership and Arabic language during her work with UNRWA, UNICEF and the Ministry /of Education in Jordan.
