Dr. Nelius specialises in the areas of school and system leadership, school improvement in large groups of schools, curriculum, pedagogy. He designed international leadership and school improvement frames. Nelius also specialise in developing teachers, aspiring leaders and newly appointed middle and senior leaders. He is a certified TQUK Level 3 vocational assessor and Level 5 IQA UK certified and trained. Nelius supports new school startups and are contracted for Turnaround projects. He won international awards for innovative systems and support mechanisms he designed. He was nominated for top 100 influential people in Education award in 2019.
